Peer Technology Assistants (PTAs) provide general educational technology support to Bow Valley College students. This includes answering questions about MS Office products, D2L Brightspace, and MS Teams. PTAs also help support the technology available in the library, including the student computers and printers.

PTAs provide support on a first come, first served, basis and are located on the second floor of the Bow Valley College Library and Learning Commons.
