Formatted example:

There are two options for citing this source in-text:

1) Last names of author, date of publication, and paragraph number are placed in brackets at the end of the sentence:

...(Aldrich, 2010, para. 4).

2) Alternatively, the citation may be integrated into the sentence with a signal phrase and narrative:

Aldrich described how entrepreneurship "affects levels of stratification and inequality in a society by shaping the life chances of founders and their employees" (2010, para. 4).
